You got that right and Lewis is no better. During all this rain parts of Lewis flooded in the curb lane and just north of 71st street Water covered both southbound lanes of Lewis.. Both Harvard & Lewis are the worst for pot holes. Both those streets are full of patchs. Tulsa should focus on that.

You are aware that Google Street View isn't live, right?  Those photos are months and sometimes more than a year old.  Because I'm pretty sure that's the only way you're getting your visual information.
