Ted Vestal, professor of political science emeritus, OSU, and former director of New York's Educational Resources Center in New Delhi, will review "Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Fight Terrorism and Build Nations-- One School at a Time" by Greg Mortenson and David Relin.
