Can someone just spell out what the accusation is here?  I glean that the 1st Street Lofts guy is being accused of mis-allocation of funds, and judging by the (lack of) progress on the project it makes some sense.  But if there is anything to this I'd really like to know.

FOTD, for as much of an annoyance he can be, usually has good info on such things.

It's coming. A certain recipient of tax payer subsidies for development (which has not really taken place despite funds forwarded) has been a bad boy.

Misappropriations? Conversions?

Payments requests were submitted to the City for review on work accomplished at the site, from those reviews a few items disallowed here and there (as was the case with the other housing projects too), not sure what you are implying or why...  If you have a specific allegation please send me details via PM or email.

If anything of substance is shown or someone is willing to post first hand knowledge of the accusations, please start a new thread.  But a rumor was stated with a particular person designated as having information and that person has posted that no such information exists.  Thus, this particular thread no longer serves a useful purpose.

Please feel free to post rumors and discuss them as rumors often flush out the real story. But when it becomes apparent that no information is currently available to support the rumor please don't be surprised when that thread is locked.
