I hope it does well but I'm not holding my breath...every time I walk by it after work, it's empty.   :(

drove by last thursday around 8pm, place was packed!  i have been a few times now and am more impressed each time i go.

I've heard that they've worked out some of the kinks with the recipes, so I'll have to give it another try. Last time I was in (about a month ago), I found the food to be a bit bland.

I heard that too, and pricey.

Good to hear they are doing a decent business, I was getting worried.  I will try this place soon.

It always seems to be doing decent business when I've been by lately. Even late nights after 10pm.

I don't think Tsunami was suffering from a lack of business.  They were suffering from a lack of good cash management.  Even with their crappy service, they still packed them in.  Yokozuna should fare quite well, so long as the food and service are good.  Only thing I worry about is Elliot getting over-extended on all these ventures or McNellie's having to carry a couple of others which aren't doing so well.

I agree that their food has improved dramatically since the "soft opening."

Did anyone else see the article about "wine on tap" at Yokozuna?

(I like the photo of Elliott looking like Wolverine from the X-Men...)
