Pray tell why on earth they are changing their 45 degree slopped curbs to 90 degree slopped curbs down I think it's 145th?

Seems like a total waste of resources.

Same thing with 81st and Harvard I mentioned a few months back.

What financial crunch??  They just built a new performing arts center, are re-doing downtown, and in general spending money on roads like drunken sailors.

Oh, yeah.... THAT financial crunch.

I don't think BA forced anyone to take a pay cut OR refused to negotiate with public unions thereby forcing union members to seek alternate employment....

In fact, BA still has enough money to both mow its own grass AND install obnoxious inefficient lighting.

Oh yeah, they also give away trash bags for "free."
