I'm a supplier for knotty pine, went by and talk to them today. Seems that the building isn't a total loss. They said they plan to reopen in a few months.

The Rock Cafe in Stroud suffered more fire damage than this and managed to reopen.  I haven't been back to see how it has changed, but it is encouraging that Dawn could get it done.
