Guy gets a $50 ticket for not using the bike lanes. While I am watching the video I was thinking to myself..
Uhh thats not legal?
  So he makes a video of himself using them..  Its pretty good.

I don't get it I thought a bike was legally just like a motor vehicle and had the same rights to the roadway as other vehicles do and restricting them to one lane would seem illegal. Bikes also have to follow the same traffic laws as other vehicles. They seem to say in the video that bikes only have the right to stay in the bike lane and can't use the regular roadway at all.

It says on the vidoe it isn't illegal at the end.  But somebody got the law in that area.

§ 4-12 (p) – Bicycles • Bicycle riders must use bike path/lane, if provided, except for access, safety, turns, etc.

According to this site, Oklahoma is one of 15 states with mandatory sidepath rules, but only if there's a local ordinance.

Fifteen states still have some version of a mandatory sidepath rule, which typically reads: "Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such path and not the roadway." ... The states that still have this rule are AL, GA, KS, LA, MI, NE, NY, ND, OK, OR, SC, UT, VA, WV, WY. In six of these 15 states the rule applies only if there is a local ordinance or sign requiring path use (GA, MI, OK, OR, UT, VA).

Do we have a local ordinance here? Luckily, I think our poor road maintenance would prevent you from having to pay the fine, if it were required.

I think there are bike lanes on Greenwood and Archer, but I've never even been sure. 95% of the paint has long since worn off, so there's no way to prosecute you for something that's not clearly marked.

Tulsa's mandatory sidepath law was repealed at least 10 years ago, along with the law barring cyclist from riding two abreast.  Some motorists and police officers haven't caught up yet.

Here's a video from Nueva York, highlighting the absurdity of trying to enforce traffic law there.  Actually, it came from the CommuteOrlando cycling blog, a good read if you have the time:
