Just remember that Uninsured motorist coverages covers your medical bills.  It doesn't fix your car.

Why is it that we're one of the states where you can't get UMPD coverage?

Haven't looked for several years, but Consumer's Report has done insurance company reviews before and might have something more current.  They survey all their subscribers for their experience.

Which is also covered by your health insurance, if you have it.

I believe that Uninsured Motorist (rather than your liability coverage) also covers your passengers in case they don't have health insurance.

LOL!  Thanks for giving her a shot.  She's really conscientious of not cutting corners on coverage or burying people into deductibles they can't afford in order to lowball a rate.

I suspect my insurance man and my bookie are the same guy. If something good happens; the bookie pays. If something bad happens, the insurance guy pays me.

Have also been thinking about that bus idea from some time back - insurance on converted school buses?

I was looking for a referral for a insurance agent as well.   Anyone have a above the top state farm agent?
