So undoubtedly, everyone here has seen the news that Phil & Miranda Kaiser are bringing Laffa Medi-Eastern Restaurant and Bar under the new Fairfield Inn in the Brady Arts District.  We couldn't be happier that they have chosen this development to enter the downtown market. 

W3 Real Estate is also happy to announce that they will be joined by three other business ventures on the first floor of the Brady Hotel Center. 

A fine dining restaurant will occupy the South end of the Brady Hotel Center.  It is being developed by another local restuarant entrepreneur that is very familiar with the downtown scene.  Look for more information on this restaurant soon.

We also will have DJ's Lounge, an upscale entertainment venue featuring a relaxed lounge with full service liquor and wines, highlighted by a grand piano at center stage and live music.

That leaves us with one 1,550sf space to lease, and we are under negotiations for that space as we speak.  It will likely bring a retail component to the area, catering to locals and visitors alike. 

Of course, we are always looking for new venues and concepts for the area.

If you know of anyone interested in bringing their fresh ideas to Brady, please let me know.

I've got a whole collection of those, will you take consignments?  I've used ketchup, mustard, and worchestershire (sp?) sauce for paint media on mine.
