I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE!!  I spoke with the Transit Supervisor and gave my concern about them leaving on time and the difference in being late vs. because the traffic is bad.  My only request is that They leave their overlay locations on time. During the call I realised he was to lazy to do his homework and verify the route the driver used. How do I know? His statement was I-44 is slowing the bus down and heavy commuters. My response when does the 105 north bound pass I-44 if it leave downtown going North??  It doesn't. The bus dropped me off on time but was late getting back at a time there were not a lot of commuters nor heavy traffic.  My statement then was that I am not hearing you say these are the changes that you are making.  He says cause they are not going to ADJUST THE SCHEDULE FOR ME.  They will always be late 10 - 15 min. and they won't reflect there schedule to leave sooner in locations that  they should be in ??? They won't show the real time that they will be in either. The I-44 peoria will be worked on until mid Feb. so this is what happens when people in charge that are just a title holder not an action maker........

until all attitudes involved change and they haven't in the last 25yrs or more Tulsa Transit
will continue to be a """"JOKE""""

TULSA TRANSIT PAST, PRESENT, & FUTURE:
1.) Tulsa Transit was a joke and sucked
2.) Tulsa Transit is a joke and sucks
3.) Tulsa Transit will be a joke and will suck

Most of the times I ride the bus, it's from downtown to the Utica Square area.

It's never on time to the downtown station. They always seem to stop to switch drivers on 6th in the Pearl District, which results in another five minutes of chatting, seat/mirror adjustments, etc.

Biking is quicker than (or at least equal speed) to the bus anywhere in midtown. And beyond midtown, it's just a ridiculously long bus ride. From downtown to Utica Square, even walking is as appealing as riding the bus. It's not that much slower and you can leave when you want.

I have most of a 10-ride pass just sitting in my wallet for the past year because transit is hardly ever a good option.
