105 (or so) North Boulder. in the Ward Building where the HOW Foundation once resided.


I noticed that Mexicali took down that horrible fence with the razor wire on top.

I really want that lot to be developed.  In the meantime, I'm VERY glad that it no longer looks like gitmo.

Yeah and Gitmo's keeps saying that they are going out of business, but always seems to stay open.  ;D

But seriously, as much as I welcome this development, I would really like to see something else come to the Brady.  There needs to be something else to do in the Brady (and the rest of downtown, really)  other than eat food, drink booze and go to the occasional show.  I know there are a few other things (TAC, Glacier, etc.)  But I would like to see something like a medium sized thrift store or a small two screen movie theater.  I recognize that they are a dying animal, but I would love it if there was a book store somewhere downtown.
