Anybody know what is being built there next to Mazzio's?

Why do we even pay attention to infill plans and FBC anymore?  The city planning commission sure as heck doesn't observe it.

I never knew any construction was going on in that area, there's an Ace Hardware store and Runners World moved into that area- never noticed any new buildings going up.

I just figured it out.  Sauerkraut is a Google test program that tries to make conversation based on maps, street view, and spyware installed on a homeless man's smartphone.  Sadly, they are at least a generation away from being able to perfect their program, and have decided on an obscure Tulsa forum as a real-world testing ground.

with there already being an arvest bank a few blocks north on 34th, I wonder if they will vacate that location and move here.  If so, that would be some prime brookside real estate opening up.  Lets only hope this is the case.

just got confirmation that Arvest bank is indeed going to vacate their brookside location and move down to this spot.  Let the speculation begin on what will replace them (hopefully not another bank).
