Ate there last night with the Mrs. When we got there we were the only people there.
Staff was very nice and knew the menu (including the beer menu) very well.
Ordered the onion rings. Perfectly cooked well breaded union rings. Needed more flavor. Without adding salt and ketchup (which they brought out with the onion rings) they were very bland. I may have had heightened expectations based on this thread.
Ordered chicken wings. Wings were cooked well and were on par with other good wing places.
They messed up our wing order but came to our table and apologized for it instead of just making us wait with no explanation. They knocked 15% off the wings when the bill came. Even with the delay the wait time for food wasn't anything that was a problem.
As we ate a good crowd on people shuffled in for trivia night. Seemed like good people and the staff presented well (didn't stand around chatting, got right to it). Trivia kicked off and we left soon after to make sure the kid was actually doing homework.
Overall we enjoyed it. Probably not a destination for us, but I hope it hangs on as Joe Mommas is being rebuilt. Good to see a man who is trying to keep his staff busy during a forced downtime. That alone is worth supporting.
