I saw on the BOA agenda that two people are applying for a Special Exception for a B&B--one on 21st, accross from Woodward Park, and one off 15th, near the fairgrounds.  I am curious what people think about the potential for the B&B industry in Tulsa.  I think the one near Woodward Park is in a great location; not so much for the one near the fairgrounds.  There use to be one on 15th, east of Utica, in a beautiful house, but it apparently did not make it.
