I predict it will be 50 democrats, 49 republicans and one dead heat. That means that the democrats will win 23 races and the republicans will win just nine with one tie.

Whoever wins Virginia wins the Senate (50-50 gives it to the republicans with Cheney the tie-breaker)..

In the closest races, I have Missouri and Montana going Democrat and Tennessee going republican.

Anyone else want to guess?
Power is nothing till you use it.

No thanks, I think I'll just go home and continue getting drunker than I was when I voted at 8am this morning.

Before the vote, I would have said, give the senate to the repubs, if only we can ensure that we keep Allen out of the Senate.  I use to live in the Virginia--he is an abomination.  Now it looks like I get both my wishes--Democrat control of the Senate, and bye-bye Allen.

Now.. just because a fellow keeps a Confederate Flag, a Hang-mans' noose, and a Bull Whip as office accessories... and runs around shouting "macaca" at people of color doesn't mean he is an abomination... Just means he is anti-emancipation...[;)]

^Don't forget his memorable resolution to declare April "Confederate History Month" while fighting the creation of the Martin Luther King holiday.

Anti-emancipation is such a negative word.  Let's just say he's "pro-Antebellum".

The dirt is gonna fly....BIG TIME!

Does anybody know anything else about this guy except for the fact that he has made a living suing governments?

The Tulsa World mentioned he sued the City of Tulsa

I found this when he sued the county when his wife got hurt at the fairgrounds. It says, On July 11, 1997, Plaintiff Denise suffered personal injuries while using a public conveyance operated by Defendant Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority

http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=141

This was when he sued the state over a client at Hissom...

He sues the city, the county and the state and is running for a federal office?

^That's not even the half of it....
