Now there's another possibility for the lease space I hadn't even thought of, a casino!

Crystal Palace has a certain historical precedent. Besides, something with "Crystal" in the name sounds new-agey enough to accomplish the "transformation of our souls" as the Mayor promised it would.

I like the crystal castle, too! Taylor and Turner Hall gets my vote though. It's a catchy, dignified sounding, bumpersticker, style over substance, soundbyte, that has a Tammany Hall sort of hollow ring to it. I think it perfectly describes the new city hall. Of course, if ICE moves in, the ICE cube would be the obvious choice.

An old buddy of mine worked on moving the Williams employees into that building from the mini WTC once the building was completed; he called and still calls it the 'Glass S**t House'

Hmmm ... I thought Roscoe Turner was the "do-no-wrong," "most trusted" councilor.

How about the "Kum-N-Go Center"...

Cant let QuikTrip have all the attention:

Expo Center to get new name
QuikTrip Corp. has agreed to a 10-year, $2.6 million naming rights agreement with Expo Square.

The deal, announced at a Thursday morning press conference at the fairgrounds, includes a name change for one of the facility's most recognizable buildings.

The 448,400-square-foot Exposition Center will now be known as the QuikTrip Center.

The agreement includes construction of a new ticket office/kiosk in the entrance of the building.

QuikTrip will use the kiosk to hand out product samples and informational materials

I wonder if they will be passing out One Nation Oklahoma(the anti-Native American sovereignty hate group they sponsor) propaganda?
