I've heard nothing but rave reviews, I've now had to go to them twice and been disappointed both times. The first time I had to harass them incessantly to get a steel bumper bolted on in less than 3 days, for a pre-scheduled appointment.

My second visit isn't going any better.

Some reason you can't go elsewhere?  That's the problem when a business gets too big.

I had them replace a windshield and had no issues that I recall.  except from my wife, who was mad I  broke my windshield to start with.

I can, I just didn't know of anyone else offhand to take it to this time and the tow truck driver was anxious.

When I had a wreck, they automatically towed it to Fox.  I say automatically because I don't remember requesting it go there.  They may have suggested it to me, I dont know.  I was shaken up after the wreck :)

Ended up being totalled so I do not know of their work.  It was neat being able to show people pictures of my wrecked vehicle online though.  It was also easy to go there and plunder my car for belongings and yank the car stereo (which I hope is less easy for people who do not own my car)

If you need body work done I highly suggest either Sullivan's Paint and Body in Sand Springs or Arnold's Paint and Body on Admiral.

Been to the one on 51st and Mingo.  Have taken my car twice and they have done a great job both times.  Good luck.

Well me second trip ended up totaled. My wife had to go pick up the estimate paperwork and drive it to state farm's office as Fox had the vehicle for 4 days and State Farm still had basically nothing from them.

Have used Fox twice.  Was thrilled both times.  Will absolutely go back in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Not sure about the problem with State Farm.  They are authorized adjusters/repairers for many insurance companies and deal directly with most.  Leaves you, as the person making a claim, out of the middle.  They even arranged to have a rental car their waiting and I was able to leave the rental car there when I was done.

All I know is they call me to play in their golf tournaments and they ran those tournaments very well.
