Hi everyone Im a new poster to the boards. My wife and I moved to Tulsa about 6 months ago from Washington state. Ive been lurking around for a while and decided to post to ask a few questions.
First I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good real estate lawyer to me. Just looking for someone to look over a basic transaction. Also I was wondering if someone could recommend a good company or person to use on home inspections. Thanks for an help.

I don't know about a real estate attorney, but I have used Atkinson inspections in the past and was happy with them.

Among my family, we've used Knox everytime on our inspections.  I have also used Mike Herndon and Bill Ford on our newest house which has structural problems because our builder was worthless.  I've been impressed with each of them.

I believe Joe Francis is a good real estate (title) attorney, but I guess it depends on what you are looking for.  Since my builder basically built us a piece of poop, I know a good litigation attorney we are using.  You can PM me if you need anymore info.

Enjoy Tulsa!

Welcome to the forum and to Tulsa.

This is a very timely topic.  I may need someone to inspect a lake home for me, so I was interested in the responses.

Forgot about Knox.  That's another good suggestion.

Ditto to what Tulsa Fan says. We've used Knox for all our real estate inspections, and they are quite thorough.
