Last Sunday's paper had the Tulsa Parks Fun Guide- I don't think I've taken a really good look at this before, but they seem to offer a wide variety of classes for adults and kids. I'm considering checking a few out- specifically the dance and tumbling classes for my 3 year old, and maybe a fitness class for me (resolutions, you know).

The classes are at the Lacy (2134 N. Madison Pl), McClure (7440 E. 7th St) and Whiteside (4009 S. Pittsburg) centers.  Anyone have experience with the Tulsa Parks classes and/or these centers?

Thanks and Happy New Year!

My kids have taken classes at McClure and Whiteside and we were very satisfied. Both kids took soccer skills classes, my soon took basketball and baseball skills classes and my daughter took gymnastics.

Our kids are both enrolled in Tulsa Parks sports leagues and my wife is a coach. We feel they have done a good job, but have some complaints about the upkeep of the fields and the scheduling of the season.

Stacey and Dean at McClure are great to deal with I used to coach a basketball team that practiced there and the whole staff was good and it looked like there was always stuff going on there
