I am a fan of smoked oysters. I was wondering if any of you cooks out there have any ideas on how to use them in dishes, dips, sauces etc.

I can make a meal out of a can of smoked oysters and some Triscuts- especially the new herbed Triscuts.

My ex mother-in-law used to make oyster stuffing (I think you simply add oysters to the stuffing) for Thanksgiving- very good first time around, tastes like river bottom silt as a left over.

I put them in cornbread stuffing.  Awsome!

We used to put smoked oysters and sardines on a pizza and call it fish pie. It was pretty good actually.

I finally ate frog legs a few weeks ago for the first time.  I don't mind anchovies on pizza (except cold pizza) but I've still not summoned the courage to try sardines.
