Have read they are way more healthier than beef. Anyone know of a local or State retail location?

Thanks, I bookmarked their website. I've never tried buffalo meat but it appears to be healthier than regular beef.

If you like beef you will most likely like buffalo , its just.... richer in flavor, hard to describe.

Anyway the wrong way to try buffalo meat is to goto Rudy Tuesday and having there "buffalo" burger, they (the locations I have been) either mix more chuck into it then buffalo or don't use ground buffalo at all.

Hopefully you enjoy buffalo meat, being in Texas I bet some of your supermarkets or specialty stores carry buffalo.
Thank you,

Buffalo meet is really good. Some people say its too dry because it doesn't have the fat in it to keep it moist.

They have been experimenting genetically for a while with crossing a cow and a buffalo to get beefalo meat so that you get the nutritional value, but the taste as well.

I wish we had a Ted's Montana Grill (Ted Turner) in this area. He has like 40,000 head of buffalo in Montana that he uses for his restaurants.
