LongtimeTulsan

Keith is a bought and paid for puppet. Regardless of any achievements she has previously accomplished, she has neither the stamina or the umph to deal with the county boys. Bell is a one issue bulldog but would still be better than Keith. Have to wonder who it benefits if Miller doesn't get re-elected.

With Bell what will happen or not continue at the fairgrounds just because of the bad blood even if Miller is gone. Sorry but Bell has not got enough knowledge of all county areas to be elected.

Have you ever visited a county commission meeting and judged the knowledge and ability of the three? Randi leads the pack but that's not saying much. They are stumbling, bumbling, boobs.

My prediction is that in spite of west side and far south support for their homegurl, Randi succumbs to Bell in a close race, who then loses big to Keith. Keith will do well in midtown.

Which is really pathetic considering Perry and Smalligo are former state legislators.

As a westsider, I can say that Randi's support here is shallow, if it exists at all.

I'm not discounting the provincialism effect from helping her carry this side of the city. But damned if I can find anyone who's an honest supporter.

That's the vibe I get in Mid-town. I think she's toast. I wonder how she is doing in Jenks, Glenpool, and Sand Springs?

I don't have a good sense on this one because I live in the corner of the district and am registered democrat.

Randi Miller has raised the most money and is the incumbent so history says she will prevail.  I sure do know a lot of people who are real mad at her and would vote for anybody but her however. I don't know many republicans outside of mid-town so I have no clue of the Sand Springs/west Tulsa/Jenks/Glenpool.

I doubt the Bell's controversy has as much weight in those communities as it does in midtown.

I know there are 200,000 or so in the district, but how many are registered republicans and would show up for a special election in July is a guess beyond my paygrade.

I predict a woman is going to win, that should make you happy.

I saw two Miller signs over by the projects on West 23rd and Jackson. Not much voter activity in that area I would guess. Probably chose the corner for its visibility. If you stop at that corner you're dang sure looking around closely.
