Well it was new to me. I could see that place drawing 20,000 per day even though it looks as sterile as a corporate campus in Arlington, Texas.

I wish them luck with that particular vision. Neither the Ballpark or myself would be comfortable within it. Didn't the Benz have a license plate that said, THX1138?

Another suburban shopping mall.  

It'll be good for regional growth.  I don't really get why these things sprawl so badly, though.  I've been to Glendale, AZ and Frisco, TX and they all look exactly the same.  At least this isn't 20 miles from downtown, just 11.

Relative to the size of the metro areas, 11 miles in Tulsa is a lot worse than 20 in Glendale (Phoenix) and Frisco (DFW).

I have never driven through Dallas without some traffic congestion. I have been in slow moving lanes on expressways at midnight near downtown.

If you live in Dallas, you better have a nice car cause you are going to be spending quite a bit of time in it.
