We were stuck with him for eight years for one reason: Ross Perot's third party race for President siphoned off conservative voters from the GOP base. That is all. Perot's candidacy allowed Clinton to win a 42% plurality and become POTUS. Clinton never broke through 49% of the Popular vote. Clinton has been deemed the most polarizing President in U.S. history. |

You guys use that now when Bush2 didn't break that number either and the Indie running against him. I seem to also recall Gore getting more of the popular vote in the first election than Bush2 did. Bush2 was closer to 47 percent of the popular vote and had less and still won. You can't make that argument about Clinton if you don't concede the exact same about your boy. |

Clinton was one of the best presidents in modern time. So he had an affair, big flipping deal!
The President of France has a wife who sings and just put out a new CD. She doesn't have to go to church and play "mamma" for an entire nation. She does not have to be anyone's role model.
Americans (especially the right-wing, bible belters) are some of the biggest hypocrites ever.
