When you're not looking is the best time.

Louie's is pub fare?

You can't be talking about the place on 101st with the bar in the old car wash and the restaurant in the Git-n-Go.

You won't find European equivelant pub fare in Tulsa though there are many places that profess to provide it. The closest approximations (I won't include chains in any local list) are Kilkenney's, McNellie's, Oscar's, Louie's, Lola's but all have a more regional flair. You might also try Caz's, White Owl, Full Moon, and Oliver's Twist. Paddy's on Memorial was IMO a very decent Irish knockoff but it has left the building.

Tulsa has lots of great localy owned restaraunts, but don't go to any of them hoping to recreate an EU vacation vibe.

You forgot White Lion.  Really the closest Tulsa has ever gotten to a cozy authentic neighborhood pub.

I loved Paddy's, and hated to see it go.

Absolutely spot on.
Someone get Hoss a pacifier.

95% of my trips to soc land involve the White Lion.

I am not looking, but I still haven't found anyone.
