I was recently in a car accident. nothing major, but I did get whiplash. I've been really sore. Does anyone know if you get compensated for whiplash? I would appreciate any information. Thank you.

Who's fault and have you done a claim for vehicle damage yet?

I would recommend seeing a physical therapist (not just a chiropractor) and be evaluated and see if they can put together a treatment plan. Keep the receipts and all paperwork. Insurance companies are weary of people looking for open ended amounts but generally if you have some documented medical issue and a closed ended amount they will be more likely to discuss it.

Be careful that you are not accepting reimbursement from the insurance company as well as your own medical insurance as that is a simple mistake but is fraud.

I'd be on the safe side and have it looked at. If the other guy had no insurance then all the costs would have have to come out of your pocket or your insurance, you can sue the other guy for medical expenses but if he has no money it won't help ya, You didn't say if the other car was insured for libility, Tulsa has alot of uninsured drivers.
