The devil's already predicted Rice. Could it be that old conservative woman from Taxas, Bailey-Hutchison?

Palin should step down, conservative commentator says

"Prominent conservative columnist Kathleen Parker, an early supporter of Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin, said Friday recent interviews have shown the Alaska governor is "out of her league" and should leave the GOP presidential ticket for the good of the party."

Part of McCrazies judgment at work here.

So, who replcaes Mrs. Todd Palin?

Todd Palin? Would be just as smart of a choice.

Mr. Burns
Bob Barr for President

Yep, some obscure columnist finally makes a name for herself.  All over for Palin now.

Not that obscure.  Actually pretty hi-falutin':

quote:
Kathleen Parker is an American syndicated columnist. Her columns frequently focus on family, sex roles, and race. Her column is syndicated nationally by The Washington Post Writers Group. Parker is a consulting faculty member at the Buckley School of Public Speaking, and makes appearances on television shows like The O'Reilly Factor and The Chris Matthews Show.

Dude, Wiki doesn't make someone noted or notable.  For some reason no one I know could place her w/o Googling her name.

Wake me up when an RNC house organ player makes this declaration (Hannity, Rush, or O'Reilly).

I'm guessing that won't happen except under threat of death or dismemberment....

Wasn't it Rush saying at one point after the 06 elections that he felt relieved that he didn't have to carry the republicans water anymore?

That didn't last long.

Was that before or after he was in re-hab?

I got $25 on Palin to leave the ticket. I got twenty to one odds two weeks ago.

The odds are now down to sixteen to one.
Power is nothing till you use it.

You're looking a little smarter than at lunch last week. Still, I don't think he has time to do it. Assuming he gets elected, she'll disappear in a tragic moose hunting trip with the former VP.[;)]

I agree, Waterboy.  Not enough time at this point to drop her, introduce someone new, and sell it to the public.

Then again, that certainly would be a "maverick" thing to do (and by maverick, I once again mean irrational and reckless)

By my estimation, there is a much higher chance that OBAMA will drop Biden as his VP and re-select Hillary, than McCain dropping Palin.

2:1 odds?
