Well? Who is going to win? Want to guess the percentages?

No percentages here, but I think McCain will win. They say the Bradley effect is not valid, I disagree.

Mr. Burns
Bob Barr for President

I actually think the reverse Bradley effect will be prevalent, and we shall have our first black president.

Obama 53, McCain 46, other less than 1

we vs us

I also think it'll be Obama.  I'm hoping for a landslide, but the pragmatist in me wants to bet on a closer margin than is being predicted by the polls.  Fool me once, shame on me.  Fool me twice . . . . won't get fooled again.

Obama by 4%, and less than 300 EVs.

waterboy

Obama by 6pts popular and over 300 electoral.

Finally, I won't have to suffer the McCain/Palin rallies at 9am each day and Obama at 10am. Its been like "groundhog day" the movie for about a month.

Obama will win the popular vote by 3 or 4%.  He'll get over 300 electorial votes--my previous guess was 364.  I still think that will be close, though I am not sure about Fla and NC.

I was in Missouri helping out over the weekend.  Obama's ground game is incredible.  He has volunteers everywhere, including republican strongholds.  Even in rural southwest MO, I saw Obama signs on farms & haybales.  In Springfield, some 30,000 people showed up for his rally.  It was incredibly organized, and the volunteers were competent & polite (herding 30,000 people through security can be a stressful job).  Bottom line, I think he will win Missouri simply because his campaign is better organized & energized.

I agree with you there.  A few of us just want it all to be over so we can talk and hear about things that affect us everyday and forget about all the bums in DC for a little while.

Someone get Hoss a pacifier.

Where was the "Bradley effect" in the primaries?

Obama by about 3%. He'll get slightly less than 300 electoral college votes (286-ish).

Wow, mark the date.  For once I agree with you.

I think the Bradley effect, given the date of it's origin and the fact that there was only one election (and not a primary on top of it) sort of debunks that.

Porky

It's going to be much like Dewey and Carter, with McCain being the winner over the liberal medias efforts.

If Obama had a chance, he lost it bigtime with his coal remarks that were released today.
