Buffalo Wild Wings was supposed to build there at one time. Can't imagine why that would be put on hold. The BA restuarant does great business and that developement seems in high need of more dining options.

They are already building Buffalo Wild Wings on the south side of the development, beams are already up.

I've seen where BW3 is going and about 3 more large stores (one if which is academy I believe) are under construction on the west side and Ulta is under construction on the east side next to Target. Other than JCPenney and a couple of outparcels, phase 1 seems to be wrapping up pretty soon.

Whataburger and RibCrib?!
Oh... and a Cracker Barrel is going next to Chili's.  Arby's and Walgreens going in on 71st... because  we don't already have enough of them.

*sigh*

It looks so walkable.  Lowe's to Rib Crib to Best Buy...oh, the sun's going down.

Maybe Blake's trolley can just run around in there all weekend.

Think I'll remain a mid-town snob.

Cracker Barrel will be a hit right there off the exit.  so many food choices...man the nearby subdivisions will never have to cook at home!

If Hooter's is a sexist restaurant, is Cracker Barrel racist?
Power is nothing till you use it.

This shopping center was built to serve Glenpool, Sapulpa, Keifer, Okmulgee, Bixby and Jenks.

Cracker Barrel will be SRO.

I don't see academy on there..

That just shows Phase 1, the northern half.

In previous site plans the "future retail" and Dollar Tree next to Michaels were Academy Sports, Major Tenant A was JC Penny's, Whataburger was Old Chicago, and Arby's was Chick-Fil-A.

These are not upgrades. It's understandable with the economy but these are real downgrades from what was going in. Retailers are dropping and out and are being replaced by cheap fast food chains, Dollar Tree and empty spots.

I still bet Chick-Fil-A will be a part of the project (Phase II). They are always the last to go into developments.  The owner of the 71st and Garnett location and Woodland Hills Mall location said they were the last to go in at Eastside Marketplace.  They were one of the last in the Owasso development and they have their eyes set on a location in Broken Arrow (probably the Target development).  They will be the last ones in there too.

This is just a bad time to be in the retail business.  There are many great retail sites all around the Tulsa area that are on hold due to the economy.
