One could consider the person who would predict the breaking up of the U.S. is not available to the history books of this nation established as a British Criminal Colony, Religion fanatics, and prostitutes who became the elitist of Boston because of their contacts with their johns.  He compares our 225 year history with that which is available to him as beginning with the Vikings some 2200 years ago.   He writes from a background of recorded history of the great empires of our times such as the "Sun Never Sets On the British Empire" The saga of the "Spanish Armada", the establishing of the division of this U.S. into two separate nations in the 1850's causing our war of 1860..  He has available to him the prediction of this country that those who we consider foreign born will within 3 decades be the majority.

What he is trying to tell us is that we need some ear clips that extend out from our ears to keep those oversized white hats we are designing for our elitist from falling down over our eyes that are keeping us from seeing what is happening.

I should be afraid of a foreign-born Boston prostitute with a British accent who is wearing a white hat?

If it turns out that this Russian economist also predicted the fall of his evil empire in 1989, I will give him a little more credibility. Ironic that no one saw the Soviet collapse coming, even though all the signs were evident, yet people fret about our collapse when we've been through worse and handled it.

One of my college professors predicted the Soviet Union's collapse in the early 1980s.

I wish I could remember the dude's name. But I remember him distinctly saying that the Soviets' economy simply couldn't sustain its gigantic spending on the military. He was quietly scoffed by a few of my classmates, but he turned out to be right on the money.

And does anyone think Russia's going to be a big dog with $50 a barrel oil? I don't.

It is better to take offensive action today rather than ignore what we are being told.

Please elaborate this sentence.

In southeast Oklahoma is a large stone(Rune Stone) that is supposed to show pre-Russians also visited Oklahoma and described on it is a calendar of the event.  It now has been enclosed with glass.

The failure to predict the reduction of the Russian state reflects only that those of a race gather together.  The professor did not use presumption but the natures of species, gather by such nature do withdraw or divide in the progression of time.

We have fulfilled the inscription on the Statue of Liberty (Mother of Exiles) having received "Their Tired, Their Poor, Their Huddled Masses" to the extent we are unable even to estimate (even local) how many,

It is not the professor does not understand the U.S. but is well aware of the nature of men who become slaves to a system and want to break away.   History shows that in time the circle has never been broken.  Between Alpha and Omega are the short records of all empires.

Apologize because being unable to upgrade my 4th grade language showing my ignorance where the elitist on  board can understand but it has been my belief U.S. will divide into three countries by race and speech,

RM: have you checked on those ear clips that will keep that oversized white hat from falling down over your eyes so you can see the world of today?
Today we stand in ecstasy and view that we build today'
Tomorrow we will enter into the plea to have it torn away.

I don't need them. I have a circus-sized head. When I was born, my parents quickly put me in the State Fair to raise money for my college fund.

Years ago, I was dating a woman who liked country music and encouraged me to buy a cowboy hat. I went to Drysdale's, a store that has hundreds, if not thousands of hats.

The salesman measured my head, paused, and then re-measured. He then turned and yelled at the other salesman and said, "Where's that one hat?"

I was humiliated that I would need the one hat so big it could be identified that way. It was probably special-ordered for some guy who was still appearing in a freak show area in a state fair somewhere.

They couldn't find it. It eventually led me to break up with the girl which helped me meet my wife of today.

That, my friend, is what I see in the world of today.

RM, could you please elaborate on that?

I don't know your particular situation but for most people going back to school is an option.  It's a difficult option sometimes.  Just one of the good things about the USA.

Well this was in the great depression where fortunes were made by some and others struggled for existence.  Now our one room school house burned down because one of the sixth graders filled the pot belly stove with coal, being there was snow on the ground The school district did not have the money to rebuild.  The school marm who worked for $40 dollars a month ran off with a cowboy so by the time I could have gone back to school there was no teacher to use old Smithy's barn for a class room so by the time the school was rebuilt the WW11 had started.

The point is you can STILL go back. Get your GED, go on to college. When I was a career counselor at TCC I occasionally had much older people come in. I would give them the same shpeel I gave the high school students lol. "We can help you figure out what you want to be when you grow up" [:P]  I remember saying that to one 90 year old lady, she got a good laugh out of it.

Its never too late to educate.
"When you only have two pennies left in the world, buy a loaf of bread with one, and a lily with the other."-Chinese proverb. "Arts a staple. Like bread or wine or a warm coat in winter. Those who think it is a luxury have only a fragment of a mind. Mans spirit grows hungry for art in the same way h

Well, you have the background to be a country singer.

See Artist's reply above about going back to school.

Maybe not that far off.  I was informed (about 20 yrs ago) that what I used to call a junk yard is actually an Automotive Salvage Yard.  I appreciated the difference once it was explained to me.
