Old River's Edge building

Now that it's decided and a new restaurant will be constructed on the River's Edge what will become of the old Rivers Edge building?  I say turn it into a bike maintenance and rental shop or a convenience snack and drink shop.

My bad dog...I was reading one of those threads and the thought of using the old site was mentioned and I thought it might be worthy of a new topic as I didn't want to take away from the discussion on the new restaurant.
