I am trying to reach the Tulsa Postmaster

I have heard from two different sources that the Tulsa Post office is going to stop their recycling program. I want to talk to the local person in charge and see if I can help in any way to keep them recycling.

It is impossible to reach this person by any of the numbers I can find. The local number just rings and rings, the national number just refers you back to the same unanswered phone number as before and the two different fax numbers I have found on their website don't work either.

I am just lost. Does anyone have a way to contact the Tulsa Postmaster? I guess I could buy a stamp and write them a letter, but was hoping to speak to them by e-mail or phone.

They've never given me any kind of good service.  Barely adequate counter help, that's all.

Maybe go to the downtown post office and ask?  I've never found a person, although I think if you search high and low on the USPS website, you might be able to find out.  Seems like when I called before and found someone, it was a call center deal, I could never get a local person.

Ironically, the hardest place in town to get a hold of is the Tulsa Communications Center.  911, dispatch, etc.  Try finding an address for that place, let alone a phone number, and god forbid you want to go in to the office!

But no.  I can't help you with the Tulsa Post Master.  Maybe find his office and stop by?  Go to the downtown post office over lunch and ask if you can talk to him (he isn't there of course), then get pointed to where ever his office is?

Why the f is it so hard to find any info on the Tulsa Post Master?  The glass door won't even post salaries for her.

I'm not sure if the Postmaster is still in the Federal Building downtown or if that office is located out at the sorting center.

If you want to try a way of finding her if the office is still downtown call either the ATF, Secret Service or U.S. Marshall's office since they are in that building. Then it is a simple "oops, I dialed the wrong extension, can you transfer me?" and you should reach your destination.
