Anyone have info on this?  They have demoed the house and have a sign structure up (no info on it yet).  Based on the style of the sign structure it looks modern.  Any specifics?

I don't know, but if anyone thinks they can afford a house in this new development I need to borrow about tree fiddy.

You da loch ness monstah?

A. I believe that is art, not a sign.
B. I believe they are replacing a house with another house.

Unless I missed the big yellow sign, they haven't rezoned and considering the neighbors they would have serious opposition trying. Not a house on the north side of 41st between Utica and Lewis worth under 7 figures.

My guess was that they were either going to add a house or two onto the lot, or tear out the one house, and perhaps another if they have it, and squeeze in a handfull of them. Thus the sign was going to be a "lots available" type thing.

I've been mystified by that "sign" too.  I'm calling it art, for the time being.  I kind of like it.  If it becomes a sign, I'll be disappointed.

5 lots for five expensive houses behind a purty wall centered on a new private street (Wheeling Av.)...so my sources imform.  It went through a while ago as a PUD.

That structure, I'm sure, is an artistic structure for a new sign advertising the lots.

What's the deal with all the walled-in communities?  Nothing kills a street like a blank wall (heck, that's even worse than garages facing front).   (Actually, that's a toss-up.) Why are we so fearful of the invading hordes, that we must live behind walls?

I think it's so the neighbors can't see that you have last years Mercedes.

The fact that the historic high-dollar neighborhoods of mid-town are not walled in are what makes mid-town such a nice place.  They should keep their walled communities down in South Tulsa if they do not wish to have contact with the unwashed masses.

You might want to check the neighborhood. To the east of this lot are three walled private cul-de-sacs in a row.

You should see the car in Lynn Schusterman's driveway (who lives just east of this development).
