It will be Sept. 17-20 on Third Street and Frisco Avenue, next to the BOK Center arena, and will feature championship barbeque, mouth-watering concessions and performances by 13 regional bands.

Hopefully it's more on Third Street and less on Frisco. Is it really a festival if there's zero possibility of a passerby seeing it?
