In honor of Constitution Day, Tulsa attorney John Hall will moderate a panel discussion of the First Amendment, focusing on the Separation of Church and State. Panelists include Judge Tom R. Brett, Attorney Schaad Titus, Sen. Andrew Rice, Rep. Mike Ritze, and Sheryl Siddiqui.

Co-sponsored by the Tulsa County Bar Association, Tulsa City-County Library, and the Tulsa Library Trust.
