Are these the remnants of Bell's amusement park?

If so, why are they not being forced to clean this up?

OK, I posted the pics but they weren't showing.  I couldn't delete the topic either so I'll just ask...

Is all  that fair ride looking crap rusting into the ground old Bell's?

I can't imagine they'll be able to use any of this anymore.

Not that I've got mechanical knowledge of amusement park rides but I'd rather not climb aboard if they do use it.

Sorry for the small pics but I'm apparently picture posting confused today.

That looks like their pile of rubble to me. I think they have a lot of the ride components stored indoors I couldn't tell what I was looking at in your photos. When I saw Zingo reduced to a heap, I figured about then the Bell's would find it impossible to find the money to re-build. That's a shame.
