I don't get the infatuation with the Hunt Club, though.

It seems to be pretty hit-or-miss. I really liked their frito pie, and my friend raved about their mac-n-cheese. I wouldn't call any of their offerings gourment, but certainly better than the fast food offerings that late at night.

I haven't been there when it's busy to get a feel for the crowd, but Enso is a pretty good place.
I enjoy Enso when there aren't too many people. When it gets packed though, it is a bit difficult to get a drink (same issue with Electric Circus). I also find the type of people to be greatly varying from night-to-night.

The strongest bars in downtown were brought to you by the Savaged administration on the west side of the Brady district....

Oh...good joke.

That was a good one. Sort of like the joke about the condom. Over my head....

Wondering the same thing, sounds like my kind of place.  The Mayo facebook page doesn't have any update.  All I've found is this Youtube video about the rooftop bar/patio:

Please tell me that the outside area is true. The last time that I had a view of downtown was in 1982 when a friend of mine worked security at the then TJC downtown campus and we went up to the roof and I took some shots looking towards the BOK Tower and the old Cathy's furniture. That view from the Mayo is spectacular. Gives me more incentive to stay there when I come out in September.

That is freaking sweet. Give me a bed and a shower and I would never leave.
I just hope some drunk nut doesnt do a Peter Pan off the roof. I'm glad the Mayo is back.
Changing opinions one mistake at a time.

No, but doesn't someone here personally know Macy Snyder?  I bet she would know something.  I could see such a place being extremely popular and can't wait to see it for myself.

I've talked to her a few times, wouldn't exactly call it a personal relationship.  I'll shoot her an email and find out about that.  Still waiting on those city hall renderings so I can ask about those as well.
