Who is Robert Paul Gaines III?  Is that a hospital gown?

No clue who he is....found him on the tulsa county inmate website.  I was searching for the last name of Gaines...and came across this.  I do believe that is a hospital gown.   Charged with obstruction, and resisting.  Looks like he was booked in 2008....guy must be broke.  Cant afford 1,000 dollar bond.

My Wife does drug testing. And she has to look at the desk blotter everyday to see if any of her clients have been rearrested. She has now gotten me looking everyday.
I do a goofy E-mailing to my contacts with what I perceive to be humorous captions on the very interesting overnight DLM clientele.
It lightens my day.

looks like duplicate charges of obstruction and resisting were filed but later dropped.  A list of offenses also says feloniously pointing a firearm, but was never filed by the arresting agency.
