Drop-Off Laundry Service

Does anyone have recommendations for a drop-off laundry service?  Preferably one that doesn't wash everything in hot water so stuff shrinks and/or bleeds, and one that treats spots?

I believe there is one called Blue Monday.....My buddy uses them and he is picky as hell.....
