My company is on the Philtower email newsletter list, it's one of the few newsletters I take the time to actually read.  At any rate, I figured it might be of interest to other members on here.  I couldn't figure out how to reproduce it here, so I figured I'd link to the web site and you can get on their list.  Besides, there's great photos of the building and information on their residential and commercial spaces.
