NE Corner of 101st & Memorial

Drove by there this morning and it looks like dirt work is being done in prep for construction at this corner. Has anyone heard what is going in there? That entire area in front of Target would seem to be a prime location to me.

Probably not an at&t corporate store. They have one up at 71st and Mingo and another one on Memorial just south of Charlie's Chicken, in the same building as GameStop. Both are only a few years old.

Driving past this evening I saw a small sign that said Parkhill Liquor.

I just noticed that I got my NE and NW confused.  Parkhill is going in on the NW side, north of the QT.

Anybody know what stores are going in front of the Super Target store and can find renderings of the shopping center? Are there plans for a restaurant there also? I heard that Troy Aikman has a stake in this development. Seems like a prime location.
