Edited to modify the status of former NASA Admin Sean O'Keefe is unknown at this point from other reports...I had initially reported his demise as well.

This is really weird.  I was watching Barrett-Jackson car auction last night last night and this Tammy Allen from Grand Junction, Co. was buying up a boat-load of cars.  I'd never heard of her so I Googled her.  Turns out her dad was the CEO of Veco and at the center of the Ted Stevens investigation.  Sounds as if I was reading up on this about the time they went down.

Apparently O'Keefe survived, as did his teenage son.
