These are all the Tulsa World complex (the local newspaper)

Cincinnati, 4th & 5th Streets

The bottom three buildings are all part of the First Baptist Church and all the other two are Trinity Episcopal Church

I don't know the name of the top one, the bottom one has no name, it's just the heating and cooling equipment for City Halls

Yes....Possibly more.....Then it started to get cut down...I believe the foundation is there for 50+...

Cities Service went thru multiple changes, moved to Warren Place, then to Houston.  Various accounts say the building was planned for 70 stories but I think the truth is 52 stories.  It then changed to 35 then OneOK bought it mid-project and capped it at 17.
