Just a reminder, our first ever Gatsby Picnic will be this Sunday, 11-3 on the grounds of the Harwelden Mansion.  Check out the articles about tomorrows Gatsby Picnic in the Tulsa World and Tulsa People Magazine.

Looks like its going to be a classic fall day, cool,  but with lots of sun and only slight breezes.   Bring a picnic blanket and basket lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery down by the river.

Thank you all for your support.

I apologize in advance for my edible interpretation of the Goddess of Oil.

lol  not even gonna go there

Made stuff all day today.  I think my "beanbag toss" game set up actually turned out kinda fun.  Can't believe I; came up with the idea, designed it, cut the wood patterns, painted them, etc. in just a matter of hours.  Put together baskets to be bid on, finished up the "knock em down" bottle game, the ring toss game, the hand painted Gatsby Picnic signs, etc. also today.  but did have help from some of the team thank goodness. Am still wound up and know I need to go to sleep but can't lol.

Make sure that you post some pics. It'll make me feel like I was there, instead of being cooped up in my office all weekend!

It was a beautiful day for it.  FMC and I had a great time and can't wait for the next one.

She agreed to marry you? You have a terminal illness and good life insurance?

;D

That definitely helped, something else about a well rope too, but I digress...

Yeah, I'm taking a mulligan on marriage #2.  No date set, we just realized we are perfect for each other and that's the direction it will head at some point.

Yeah, I was beginning to wonder if I should refer to her as your life course navigator (for non pilots, an FMC/FMS -- standing for Flight Management Computer or Flight Managment System -- is usually used in higher end planes and small jets.  They are staples in commercial jets.  Pretty neat.  It's like a giant speak n spell on steroids).

Marriages are like making pancakes, you gotta throw the first couple out.
Power is nothing till you use it.

Usually a lot more expensive than pancakes though.

Got lucky on my first (and so far only); no kids so the break cost me about $300.
