XEALS for THRILLS

I have a very passive aggressive friend.  Who can't seam to keep a job because of one issue after the other. One of the things that I have noticed is that it seams that there are almost always ways that the company he works for at the time, use his lifestyle to work in their favor before he is fired.  Most recently he worked with a company who allows employees to "Volunteer" hours instead of going into over time because any over time has to be ran up the chain.  Yes even a minute of over time can get u fired!

It is a base pay plus salary job.  sales 101 you can get in front of people door to door on the weekends but you have to work your scheduled days mon-fri the boss even allows some one with low sales for the week to not claim their hours for the week due to them not making sales.
Needless to say "Because of circumstances" he got fired. lol

Is this legal to allow hourly sales employees to work on there own in order to meet their sales quota?  If not who should he call about this?

Is this wrong?

I think I am passive-aggressive, but I have mixed feelings about it.

Is that "boiled cabbage" on the cover of that bag?

Please don't invoke that name.

Does make me wonder though.  Haven't heard from him in some time.  Maybe moved back to Omaha/Ft. Worth/Columbus?  Looked at his profile and this is what I see:

Same day.  Makes sense it was him.  It was an Arizona prison library.

I know I shouldn't have. He got slapped around pretty good one of the last times he was on. May still be licking his wounds.

You had me confused with "boiled".  I thought it is fermented or salt cured cabbage.
