Both are great.

Got two of the Big J and one El Cucuy last Thursday.  Did any of you know that Eric has stopped bottling the cores in bombers (Pub Ale, Wheat, IPA, Old Pav Pils)?  The girl at Ranch Acres told me he got a bad batch of glass and while bottling, a lot of the bottles were evidently exploding.  He's only bottling the seasonals in bombers (and the bottles are a little different than the Big Jamokes I got last year; they seem flimsier).  Makes sense though since now he's got 12 oz on all the core beers.

The Crossing at 101st & Memorial told me they had a significant number of bomber bottles burst on the shelf last year too.  So far so good this year.

Definitely a point to consider for home-brewers who find Marshall's cast-offs useful for bottling.  I'll be sure to warn the people I recycle them to.
