Are there any decent indoor running tracks in the Tulsa area?

I searched around online, but wasn't able to find any.

ORU aerobic center is another.  As I recall the TCC SE campus also has an indoor track.

TCC is a great suggestion.  You can join their "Alumni & Friends Association" for $25 per year.  Then you can join the gym for $50 per semester (fall or spring) or $25 for the summer semester.

It's not a bad deal when you add up how much other health facilities charge.  It's not the latest and greatest equipment, but it's well-maintained and there's about any cardio or weights you'd want, plus the indoor track.

Anyone can join as a "friend" of TCC.

I like the SouthEast campus better than Metro, but I'm thinking Metro might be a lot more handy for me.

I believe the new Sand Springs Community Center has an indoor track.

Claremore at their city facility.  Walking and running.  And it is elevated above the basketball courts.

There is a track in the City Plex, 4th floor, east building, I think.

It was available to tenants a few years ago.  I don't know if it's available otherwise.

TCC SE is a good track as is the one at TCC downtown.  I don't know how to really rank one.  If you are looking for an indoor 400 meter track, there's not one in Tulsa that I'm aware of.  I believe all have rubberized surfaces which provide a little cushion.  You can become an "alumni & friends" member for $25 a year then pay for the fitness center by semester.  It's stupid cheap, much less than joining a fitness center, as I recall.

Slightly OT, but can someone tell me if I'm missing any downtown fitness centers. I'm weighing the costs/benefits of each, trying to figure out which to join for the cold months. Is the one in the Williams Tower available for the public?

Just like Jay Seuss, they are always recruiting from the ranks of heathens.
