The plows always block the entrance to our neighborhood in Bixby. Even our SUV does not seem to want to go through a four foot tall wall of snow.

That has been one good thing about not plowing Memorial, no plow berm to cross.

Route planning advice:  I'm gonna try for work this morning . . . I'm in midtown around the fairgrounds, hoping to get to 71st and 169.  Are the expressways cleared at all? Are major arterials?  Anyone know anything about getting around at this point?

I can work from home, so I'm going to.  I watched a neighbor of mine attempt to get his Tacoma out of his yard yesterday, and futility ensued.  His has a hell of a lot more ground clearance than mine.

I got about 1/2 way out of my driveway before getting stuck.  Had to dig my way back to the parking spot.  Even if I got out of the driveway, the 10" deep snow between the SUV tire ruts is too deep for my car.

Price gouging began last night.

Monday I bought gas at QT for $2.79, and Tuesday it jumped to $3.09.

Really?  Last I saw it was 2.89, which was the standard 10 cent increase.  Somehow I'm guessing that QT would be the last company that would engage in that, given that there are laws on the Oklahoma books that could get them fined for it.

Actually it began on Monday evening.  Jumped $.10 to $2.89 for regular.  I got some for the generator.  Car was already full.

Saw the price on a live shot at 21st and Memorial last night.  $3.09
