Is the current near sunny sky the calm before the storm?

Yup.  Remember we had the same thing last Monday afternoon.

It sure isn't the warm before the storm.  Brrrrr!

Funny because Holland Hall announced it's closed tomorrow.

Cross off Jenks. Bixby plowed the bus routes in my neighborhood, maybe we will have school...? Union is open as of now.

Maybe all of the local schools can just hold back all of the kids an extra year.   Think of the advantage Tulsa area sports teams would have with all the kids being a year older.

Don't say that, you'll give Union and Jenks ideas...

It is snowing out in Bixby.

Topeca closed two hours early 6pm instead of 8pm. Yokozuna closed early. And the first couple flurries have just now started downtown. All of the downtown bar/restaurant employees must live in McAlester or something.

If it's anything like last week, we can look forward to businesses closing altogether and/or closing early for the next six days. So I'll probably be staying indoors, but not by choice.

Just now starting to snow in northern Bixby.  I had to look twice to see it.  10:33 PM

It's coming down (the snow--I know this forum) pretty good at the airport.

Tulsa seriously dodged a bullet...and I still have a fresh 5-6" on the ground. 12+ inches from Osage county into northwest Arkansas. Saw a 20" report in Delaware county.
