Weirdness in the suburbs

Dunno what this was all about.  My wife and son were outside Hobby Lobby in Owasso this afternoon.  That's my son in the middle.  We have no idea who the masked figures are.  They didn't speak at all.

I saw something on MTV once, or maybe it was that show "My Strange Addiction", but it was about these people who had a fetish of dressing that way, and would go out in public.  Dead serious.  I can't remember what they called it though.

Fetish?  I thought that had something to do with handcuffs, tubs of coleslaw, and a snorkel...but things are different out here in the suburbs.
